Programs required by Web-Link   HOME         ASEBA Web-Link generates Adobe Acrobat files and compressed .zip files. To view and access these files the following additional software is required. For your respondents to complete electronic forms, no additional software is required.  Reading PDF files with Adobe AcrobatTM version 5.0 or higher ASEBA Web-Link requires Adobe AcrobatTM Reader to display profiles, narratives, electronic form entry reports, the Web-Link manual, and to print rating forms. Acrobat AcrobatTM Reader is free. To install it, click on the "Get Acrobat Reader" image below and follow the instructions on the Adobe site.

AOL Users

Adobe Systems does not support AOL software of files sent or received using AOL. Adobe does offer some solutions. For more information, check the Adobe support site at http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/9c16.htm.

Opening downloaded (.zip) files

ASEBA Web-Link generates a compressed .zip file when profile, narrative, or data

transfer files are downloaded. This single compressed file contains a number of

individual files compressed together. To get these files out of the .zip file,

decompression software is needed. Your computer may already have software on it

that is capable of reading .zip files. If it does not, there are many programs

available that can be downloaded from the Internet. Below are links to a few of

the free programs that are available. ASEBA does not warrantee or support these

products.
