| 1. Open Internet Explorer. |
| 2. Click on Tools. |
| 3. Click on Internet Options. |
| 4. Click on Content. |
| 5. Click on AutoComplete. |

| 6. Uncheck User names and passwords on forms. |
| 7. Click on Clear Passwords. |
 |

| 8. Click on OK. |

| 4. In the Internet Options dialog box, choose the Content tab at the top. |
| 5. In this screen press the AutoComplete button. |
| 6. Uncheck the "User names and passwords on forms" and "Prompt me to save passwords" check boxes. |
