| On-line client-entry is one of the most valuable aspects of Web-Link. This powerful, flexible feature allows you to request parents, teachers, caregivers, youths, adults, spouses, and partners to enter rating form information directly into Web-Link at their convenience from any Internet connection. Taking advantage of on-line client-entry frees you from the need to purchase paper forms, provide data entry, and incur mailing costs and replacement costs of lost forms. On-line entry is intended for informants who are comfortable using a computer and the Internet. |

| The screens that on-line informants use to enter their responses differ from the Web-Link key-entry screens. The client-entry screens are "friendlier" with the full text presented for all items. Competence and Adaptive Functioning items are presented either individually or as groups of related items. Problem items are presented on a series of screens, each containing 15 items. The option to add a comment is provided for every problem item. Each problem item screen displays the response legend. Simple help is provided for every client-entry screen. Informants can return to a client-entry session as many times as needed until the rating form is completed. The completed forms are processed automatically by Web-Link and sent to the designated clinician. |
